  1. I have been diagnosed with Primary Myelofibrosis but currently my Hematologist only has me on a blood thinner and pantoprazole. I want to find a MPN specialist to make sure I’m doing everything I need to be in terms of treatment

      1. Hi Michelle
Unfortunately, we do not have any MPN specialists in Atlantic Canada. When I was diagnosed with PV in 2019, I had to travel to Toronto to see a specialist. We do have a travel fund that may be available for you. Drop me a line at [email protected] and we can discuss options. If you don’t mind me asking, what MPn do you have?

  2. Can anyone recommend a MPN specialist in the Calgary area. My specialist is on maternity leave and left a very rude doctor in her place. I need to find a new doctor.
    Thank you

  9. I have PV and I see a hematology oncologist. How do I know if my dr is a MPN specialist? I don’t know if there are any doctors that specialize in PV in Saskatchewan but would be willing to travel to see one. Is there a list I can provide my dr with so she can send in a referral?
